Notes:-

1. Road bike & TimeTrial Bike friendly.
2. Fast threshold route.
3. Lots of refilling stations on the way if need be (on the service roads) but I prefer to do this workout without any stops. One shot.
4. Whilst going back into Amman beware the road crossing just before Manaseer station as traffic merging can be dangerous.
5. Beware the aero spots on the last bit going back into Amman as the crosswind can be dangerous on the main highway with traffic.
